Destiny Fordham

Chief Executive Officer

Destiny is an experienced DEI trainer who began her career as a special education teacher in Cincinnati, OH. Destiny has a passion for social justice and advocacy work and believes in the power of authenticity in the workplace. Destiny attended Ohio University, pursuing a major in sociology and criminal justice and a master’s in law, justice, and culture.

Destiny has partnered with organizations to create and implement DEI-focused training and initiatives to address multi-layered social issues through courageous conversations. In 2019, Destiny was named an Emerging Leader by Bank of America. In March of 2022, Destiny was selected as a TEDx Speaker for TEDxUCincinnati, discussing the importance of inclusion in the workplace. Destiny continues to shape the experiences of individuals in her community as a Unity House Board member.
